Oversees our Care Workers, compiles staffing rosters, participates in establishing and updating clients Care Plans and home assessments, organises our Social Support Group activities.

Meals on Wheels Co-Ordinator – Jacinta Potts

Manages our meals orders and deliveries.
Manages our volunteer base and their mandatory compliance.
Manages our Yard & Garden client needs.

Transport Co-ordinator – Jodi Spackman

Attends to all our clients transport needs.
Office enquiries and telecommunications.

Support Workers
Our support workers assist all our clients to maintain their health and wellbeing in a safe manner in their own homes.
